if this is you not going out the KSA with an EXIT visa on the specified exit period, after the EXIT VISA expiration & when the company finds out that you are still here in KSA, they have the right to deport you.

Deportation, means the employer will call the police and the police will cuff you and put in jail. And you will stay in jail for visa related crime while the government is processing your deportation papers.

Suggestion, go back to you employer and request them to cancel the EXIT visa, and request for EXIT-RE ENTRY Visa. Good luck.
