Can my husband get a work visa if he is on my residant's visa

Dear All

My husband will be on my dependants visa when I go to Abu Dhabi (August 2015). I get accommodation and benefits for my whole family with my job.
Can he apply for jobs and get a work visa? I could not find any clear information on the internet.
Is it better to apply for jobs while we are the UK or better once we are there?

Yes he may apply when he gets to the UAE Also note as per my information he may not work parttime or on your visa his company that he works for will have to get him a work visa.

He can search a job while he is here on dependent visa and when he gets the job, his dependent visa will be canceled and the employer will get his a work visa

There is no confusion in this regard
