As informed by friends, we thought Visit Visa for my husband's father could be applied on line through his office.  Earler it was to apply through the agent in the office.  When applied online through our office, we understood through a message that the applicatrion is not processed and we have to consult the official.  Can anyone say as why is this so.  My father in law is 85 years old.
Earlier one of our friends have got Visit Visa through online submission(ofcourse through office only).

Hello there and welcome to the forum.

Unfortunately we wouldn't know why your visa application is not processed as each visa application is handled on a case by case basis. If they are suggesting to visit an embassy, then I recommend you to do so.

Good luck!
