I suggest you contact the Ghanaian High Commission in the UK and find out as the cost will probably be different from the cost here in Ghana

Are you a citizen of Ghana? You cannot obtain a Ghana passport otherwise.

If you are a citizen and are wanting to renew your passport abroad then you need to visit the Consultate-General of Ghana nearest you.
