Why not simply Google search for copper mining companies in Congo then contact them.

I see from your profile I see that you are Chinese so are you looking to buy a copper mine. 

I find it amusing that you are asking for this information on a forum when it is freely available on the internet.  I doubt whether any forum members have a copper mine for sale.
