I am searching for accommodation in Munich over month and so far without success

In Germany, the market for short-term accommodation is separate from that for long-term rental flats (which are generally unfurnished and rented out for at least a year).
You should look for hotels, hostels or serviced apartments. Be prepared to pay the price though - they aren't cheap!
