I'm looking for a furnished room with windows/balcony in a sharing house/apartment with nice & quiet expats somewhere in between Thao Dien, Dis.2 and Dis.10. Price around $200, thanks.

Rooms (single rented rooms) are infrequently found in Quan 2.

Better to look on the central area - unless you have wheels or like long, slow, journeys on public transport.

Quan 3 has a fairly high count of rooms for rent. Avoid Quan 1.
