How much would it cost to build a house in Ruseifah?

We live in a one bedroom apaetment with 3 kids. I know. Yikes! My husband was syggesting having another in about a year and a half. I want to suggest buying a house or building a new one. I'm sure houses are cheaper here in Ruseifah, but I wanted a guess-timation as to what to expect. I don't know measurements, but something average. 3 bedrooms. Sorry that's vague. So what should I expect for buying an older house and building a new one?
