Language Schools Who Will Provide Contract to Americans

Hello!

I am an American and I have been living and working in Barna for a year and a half now. I am currently at home in the USA, and I want to get a work visa and return to BCN, but most places where I have interviewed seem to choose teachers from the UK over American teachers, so they don't have to go through the paperwork. Does anyone know of any schools, etc, who are willing to help an American go through the process of getting a work visa and NIE? Thanks!
