Hi Guys,

I hope someone can help me. I am living in the Zilina area of Slovakia for the last year and half teaching English, I have decided as I cannot find any other permanent work for native English people  :sosad:  that a good choice would be to take my HGV/LGV driving license as there seems to be many jobs available. So my question is that is it possible for an English person with basic knowledge of Slovak to do this test in Slovakia or not? also if anyone knows where this is possible some details would be great.

Thank you in advance for any help.

Chris, Now you can write Slovak  DL exams in English language,  Gov introduced it beginning of 2014. the only thing is you will need to find driving instructor who can teach and explain the important things in English. the rest is easy goals.

Contact IOM to find out who will conduct the english/slovak driving lessons  in Slovakia.
