Dar Telil, Sabratah

It is a nice resort with pools, beach, bowling etc.  One of the nicest beaches in Libya.  Prices range from 110 to 350 dinar per night all inclusive.  Only members can get day passes.  Phone number (218) 023 3643008/10.  As for booking, I don't think you have to book through an agent but not for sure.  They have a website which has some pics.  Only members can go in the resort for the day.  But if you just want to go to the beach for the day, there are a tonne of huts beside it you can rent.  I love that beach!!! 

great place, going every week. membership needed for daily use. 630 LYD for a year per card, up to 3 cards per company/embassy.and you need to write on a company letterhead (foreign company) and ask to be a member.

With each card 3 people can enter with paying 55 LYD per, for a day. All inclusive, breakfast,lunch,dinner,snacks, drinks.

170 LYD rooms at the moment but they do not accept single night stays...or they say... for what reason beyond me:)

but generally great place, good people around. like it. worths it.

I`ve been trying the number that bluejay posted but I get a connection error... Is there any other number?

The second number is not working but the first 023 33643008 should work.  Don't omit the 0 before 23 as it is a Sabratha number.  If still no luck, you may have to go to a travel agent after all. 

ahhhhhh thank you bluejay, the first number you posted there was a 3 missing, i guess that`s why I couldn`t connect!
