Hi everybody,

I live in Saigon since 3 months now and I'm looking for a TV recorder to watch football on the morning instead of in the middle of the night (I have K+ at home).

I have been to different electronic shops but I didn't find any devices able to record TV. Does anyone can help me ?

Thanks a lot

Fred

TV card and a computer.
That'll sort you out.

fitz12 Check out a SONY dealer they have DVR's.

Sure it is.
Buy a TV card with an AV input.
Hook up the leads to your satellite receiver.
Hit the record button.
Easy.

You can also use a DVR, but the DVD versions are a bit old hat.

Check the user guide of jour k+ receiver, I think you can record with it.
I can record the TV with my sctv receiver and an USB key.

Hi all,

thanks a lot for your answers.

If i understood well, the process consist to plug a TV Tuner on my computer and then record TV on my hard disk.
But the thing is I want to watch my record on my TV and not on my computer. Would I be able to do that with a TV tuner ?

Thanks

Jaitch

You need DVD player with USB port if you want to watch your record on your TV.  :)

Well yes and no. I've got two 32in.  and 1 55in. SONY TV's in the house and all three have a USB port on the back. I use it all the time.
