Got a job offer for 12k SAR Per Month

Hi Everyone,

I have a job offer with NCBS in Riyadh for 10.5k SAR per month with medical insurance included and travel allowance. My current job is with MNC in India where i draw a decent amount and make a decent saving of 50000rs which is an equivalent 3000 SAR a month. Now considering this is the offer i have on hand, moving a new land with my wife and parents is it a good option and would i be able to make a better saving staying there. And by the way i'm Business Intelligence / Database Developer with 6+ years of experience..Please advice

Your experience and skills worth 20k/m at least. At 10.5 , with familly, it's a poor life here.
