Expat Buying Land in Uganda

I am well aware there are real estate advertisements on this website. I am asking for a recommendation from an expat that has had a good experience buying property through a real estate broker or a real estae company. The Kampala Yellow Pages are full of adverts for real estate sales but that is no help to me.

What city is the land near? Is this acreage in a wilderness area?
