Types of heating in apartments - please provide costs of each?!

Hi,

I'm searching for apartments in Krakow, and there seems to be different heating options.
Could you please provide some description and costs on each?

I've seen the following heating types:
-City
-Electric
-Gaz
-Hot water/central

So called "central" (which also means the same as "city") heating is the cheapest and most probably the best option. The others are more expensive.
