I think we are at the stage where we just copy and paste our answers from a reserve of 'here's one I did earlier'   

Actually perhaps we need better subsections with permanent postings regarding subjects? A better arrangement so others can more easily find the information they want. More defined sections E.g. Instead of 'Leisure' or 'Telecommunications' perhaps Internet, a separate one for TV.
There are some constants here and many subjects only need updating now and again.
