Here's a few leads:

Al-Mostaqbal Homes, inside the DQ, 150 units. Three, four and five bedrooms villas, most with pools and 2 bedroom apts. Phone 01 481 6666.

Akaria Villas, northeast region of the DQ, 65 villas, 134 duplexes and 111 apts. Don't have a contact number.

By the way, when you mention DQ, are you talking about a gated community or a town or what? It's been brought up in a couple of threads here recently and I cannot get a visual of what it might be...All I can think of is Dairy Queen
