Maids sponsorship or free visa ??

Hi , Im new in Bahrain and Looking for some advice regarding maid sponsorship ?

We are getting a live in maid who wants her sponsorship to be transferred to us but I'm unsure of what commitment from us this entails ? And I heard much talk of a free visa option but don't undertsnd this either , please can anyone clarify the differences for me ?

Look in yesterdays GDN, Free visa is illegal and there is going to be a huge clamp down on it. Transferring a visa is easy, just speak to her current sponsor and go to LMRA and fill out the forms. Your company will more than likely have to sign a NOC too. If you work in Saudi it's more difficult (depending on the company you work for)
