Cost of living in Linz, Austria?

Hello,
Is 3500 Euros / month (net) enough for a family of 4 in Linz, Austria? What about English curriculum schools fees?

In Austria when advertising a house or flat they go by size and how many rooms it has.

Example
Total rent *: € 1,615.06
Operating costs: € 415.06
Room: 4
Living area: 145,00 m²

€3500 a month will get you something quite nice. You have to also remember that the first month is always more expensive as you have to a deposit. This can be 2 or 3 months rent in advance.

As for English schools I can not help you with that. Sorry.
