Where to buy a 3G wifi mobile hotspot in Ho Chi Minh City?

Unfortunately, I only have a wifi-only iPad with me, and I am looking for one of those standalone 3G wifi devices to provide Internet to my iPad as I travel across Vietnam by bicycle.

(To complicate matters, the Lunar New Year means many shops are closed right now...)
