Pros and Cons of Apartment in DQ vs Villa in Nakheel Compound

Hello again to one and all,

First, thank you for all the great replies to my last post.They put mind at ease a bit.

I am wandering if you can weigh in again on another issue. What in your opinion is better, an apartment in the DQ or a villa in the Nakheel Compound, Knowing that we are talking about a small/medium Compound? Both options are open to us. Any information on the area where the Nakheel compound is located and the pros and cons of both would be extremely appreciated. Thanks as always for your support. Its so great to feel you have people welcoming you.

In my humble opinion, I think the Nakheel Compound is the best option to go with, since this neighborhood is incredibly amazing, and everything is close to you.
