I know Viber is not working by default in KSA..is there any workaround on this?

There are loads of apps which can be used instead of Viber, like - line, fring etc.

However, you can use Viber too if you have a VPN

i tried to use TunnelBear VPN (im using STC) but still saying connecting to service...what VPN app you can suggest?

I use a combination of PureVPN and StrongVPN - you can buy devices in extra for 250 Riyals that then let you have permanent Wireless access points setup (Linksys N300)

PureVPN is good for burst traffic - Torrents rtc
StrongVPN for stream so Netflix, BBC iPlayer

well you can use vpnreactor which i used abt year ago, worked really well.
