Transfer of Sponsership (Iqama)

I live in Riyadh - Saudi Arabia I am trying to transfer my sponsorship (kafalah) from my current employer to my Saudi wife. My current employer refused to give me a release. Any help or suggestions please.

i submit my passport to Saudi consulate karachi for visa stamp on dated 06-02-2015 until my visa not stamp.also i checked in Enjaz web site.any friend know about it ,how much take time for visa endorsement.

let your wife go to PASS PORT ADMINISTRATION to check how you can transfer or labor office ( LADIES DIVISION ), hope you will see solution.
