On forums there is a code of etiquette which includes the use of uppercase and also politeness. An introduction can also make a difference as people will then know a little about you and have no problem in answering your post.

hi every body i'm from Egypt , actually i"m radiology resident , i i passed only ma first parts of master degree and frcr, so i guess i could only found a GP job in maldives isn't it ???

Just be a little patient
