Sri Hartamas or Mont Kiara

diver123

House searching before arrival, short listed Sri Hartamas and Mont Kiara, both pretty much  same distance to school and office. Trying to find pro and con of both areas, from early research Sri Hartamas is early favorite, thoughts appreciated, thanks.

Hi there can I ask which school your kids will be attending?

British School or Alice B

British School likely though, overall fees at Alice B are higher, RM 70k+  annual School fees are from my own pocket so need to take care on that

Both areas are convenient to BIS.

Not really convenient for Alice Smith though. (Not sure what Alice "B" is?)

MK is a like or loathe it type of place with a major motorway running over and through it. The areas tend to have very bad traffic and can be difficult to move about, as there are insufficient access roads. If you are thinking of driving into the city, it will be a slowish haul. Better location for leaving early and travelling south.

Thanks again, less major traffic running thru Sri Hartamas then I guess

Gravitas

Its still problematic as it has only one access road.  There are nicer areas.

Mont  Kiara  has all the charm of Birmingham (insert name of most charmless place of your home country). Sri Hartamas is much nicer!  It wins hands down.
