Your Sri Lankan has to apply at nearest embassy or consultate and needs Letter of sponsor from his/her company, embassy or local NGO /Return air ticket to/from Cambodia / Proof of Residency in Malaysia

You can get on arrival (long queues usually) or also online. On arrival only valid at Siem Reap and Phnompenh

Asking on forums like this is always silly. Why?

Everyone says ok no need. You turn up at airport and they don't allow you on as no visa! So pointless.especially as rules change anyway as maybe valid a year ago but not now.

Always check with the embassy!

Thanks nemodot for your concern but usually you ask on a forum from ppl who may have the same experience, and of course I am applying for visa :)
