Visa Screening Process

Hi all,

Does any of you have any insights on the Visa screening process in Abu Dhabi?

From the process of the sponsor making the application to you finally getting your visa?

1. Have your qualifications certificate (plus marriage certificate and children's birth certificates, if applicable) - notarized, attested by your Ministry For Foreign Affairs in Singapore, then legalized by the UAE embassy

2. Obtain visa or travel document (if required)

3. Once in Abu Dhabi, go for medical (blood tests and X-ray)

4. Get certificate of medical insurance

5. Passport & supporting docs are submitted to the immigration authorities.

6. Passport comes back anywhere from 10 days later, but normally 2-3 weeks
