Retiring in Kerala, India

Hi,
Are there any place in South India, preferably Kerala where one can have a peaceful retirement life with calm and tranquil, clean neibourhood with fantastic nature, personal and professional medical care if need be, good food and with other necessary assistance in world class. Living in the company of peers and the feeling of being secured.
