there are guitar group lessons in zamalek in elsakia culture wheel culturewheel.com
anyway you needed to buy guitar stuff like strings picks you may buy it from misr elgedida at yamaha store
i play acoustic guitar &if you like to meet guitar bands and singers here in cairo i may help you,here we learn by sitting with guitar players and imitating them and its more fun to learn
also if you need to practice vocal i suggest opera house
