Does anybody know where I can print on CDs? And also the cardboard wallets they come in?
It's for an album.

I have mine done at a local printers shop in Siem Reap.
Just go to printers shops wherever you are until you find somebody who can make the copies.
Have the art and all on so you can give it to them on the spot.
It may be simpler and cheaper to have them duplicate the music as well.
In other words you give them a CD master and the art work etc... and they give you a finished product shrink-wrapped.
