hi, I filed a petition of nullity of my marriage. court did not grant it, they denied! grounds was not securing a marriage license & no ceremony during the civil wedding. after a year my ex hubby and I had a church ceremony, still not securing a license.
with this the court says that the church ceremony was a confirmatory of my civil marriage cleansing whatever irregularity or defect by my civil marriage. is this true? is it worth filing a motion for reconsideration? help pls...
