I assume you have to pay income taxes, get a work permit, and other such things if you work for a company registered in Liberia, if you work for a foreign company but receive your money from here, and the likes. However, for NGO's and the likes, there's probably exceptions. Best advise imo is to seek a lawyer or tax consultant or the likes, because the authorities are likely to give you bad advise...
