Can somebody guide me regarding cost of living in Mombasa.

What about the safety ?

Hi, the cost of living is not bad. Recently I have read that Mombasa is among the cheapest cities in Kenya, although renting a decent flat might be more costly. Just browse the internet and you will find plenty of offers.

Safety is business as usual. Petty crime is what can happen anywhere. I guess you are concerned about the terrorism...well, most of the coast is absolutely save and the danger is the same as elsewhere. Maybe it is a good idea to avoid congested places such as bus stops or churches, but generally you are safe at the coast.
