need a job in libya

Majority of jobs are in construction or oil & gas. You'd be best off checking recruitment websites specific to those industries.
Although many companies run their HR from regional offices like Dubai.

Hey Irfan,

To be quite frank MBA in HR can only get you a good job in Pak or other middle eastern countries, in Libya there is a law that all the foreign companies working here must recruit locals for the HR & Finance departments. I am not saying it is impossible to get a job here but the chances are very slim for foreigners especially from TCN (Third Category Nationals) this is the category where Pakistan falls under with other asian countries.

Although, if you are an Oil & Gas fields the chances are much higher and you would get a job if you have 20 Plus experience in this field as well.
