house for rent in Sydney?

Hi
I'm Sara. I'm Swedish.
My husband and I are going to Sydney in a months and we need a place to stay. Would you guys know of anyone that rents out furnished houses or flats outside of Sydney?
We are a respinsible couple in our early 30s with good references. No pets, no smoking.
