Hello guys,

I am on tourist visa/social pass of 30 days which is expiring on May 10. As I need to stay here for few weeks more, can it be extended at Pytrajaya for another one month? One of my friend said, only single entry tourist visas can be extended at Putra jaya and multiple entries cannot be extended unless  I do a visa run from another neighboring country?

Gravitas

The maximum stay is 30 days per entry.

Hi Gravitas, thanks for your reply. Basically I am having a 3 months valid multiple entry social pass. However, no more than 30 days in each entry. Can I extend the 30 days limit at putrajaya ?

Gravitas

Yes, I understood. You can only be in Malaysia for 30 days at a time. So you need to leave within 30 days from arrival. There is no option to extend on that type of visa.

You can read the wording on the Immigration website for confirmation
