hi, i'm mohsin. i live in Bangladesh. age 35. my educational qualification is B.A(Pass). my plan is move to malaysia. live & work. I have lots of experience like Journalism, Merchandising, Advertisement firm etc. I heard about Professional visa/ employment visa. in my Bangladesh many agency do this visa but the cost is too high for me. my planned is go to malaysia with tourist visa and after reach malaysia i will apply for employment visa by a good lawyer or agency. i think from Malaysia the cost will be low for this.

so pls any expat help me or guide me about my plan.

thanks

Ohhhh...is it so easy ?

Just coming over and your agent find a job ?

You cant buy a valid work permit (employment pass) as only an employer can apply once they offer you a job. Its the same with the professional visa you talk about. It is worthless as you would not have fulfilled the rules. Immigration database is sophisticated now and online applications only. Its easy to detect the fake passes. Lawyers cannot apply for employment passes (professional passes) of any kind, only employers with online accounts. By all means come and try and get a job - but that is the only legal route.
