I already submitted the inquiry form to Pos Malaysia almost 3 months ago. When I ask for the status, they claim still to be searching for the items.

Do you guys have any past experience on the duration of such searches, or the success rate? Any advice how to deal with Pos Daftar to get them to investigate properly?

Thanks!
Jan

The Malaysian PO is only responsible until the package leaves the country as they have no control of the items. They can only ask others to search. I think the packages are gone for ever, I am afraid. If they were insured, then make a claim.
