How can I receive and send messages to contacts
Can this only be done through use of emails

You have enough quality posts for the PM service to have been opened to you.
Click on the username of the person you wish to contact, taking you to their homepage, then click the 'send a message' button.

If you can't do it, use the 'contact us' at the bottom of every page.
