Getting a job in South Korea

Hi All,
I am planning to move in to Seoul soonest on a tourist visa although I intend to change my status as soon as I get there since getting a tourist visa from here is more visible than the work or other visa types that can allow me to live and work in South Korea.
My questions are;
Can I work with a tourist visa or do I have to change the status before I can work?
If I have to change my status, do I need to exit and re-enter?
What links are available for job seekers?

Thank you.

It is illegal to work on a tourist visa. For more information I suggest that you contact the nearest South Korean Embassy.
