Can I work in Japan if I have a bachelor's degree but no experience ?

Hello everyone. I need help. :( can I work in Japan if I have a bachelor's degree but no experience yet? I'll be graduating next year in banking and finance and I would like to try applying but I want to know the likelihood of being accepted knowing I'm just a fresh graduate. :'<  thank you ! :<
