Yes

As dependent visa, can my wife get any part time Or full time job?
Yes, but very difficult and minimum salary must be RM5k per month

what is the cost of my 2 year kid education as good school in KL?
Allow about RM1500-1750 per month
Foreigners have to use international or private schools
There are nursery schools which have lower costs (these vary according to kindergarten charges)

I have good exposure for other tech skill like Java/J2EE,after some time can i get easily  some other good opportunity.
Possibly.
There is a hassle changing your employment pass and dependent passes if you change employers.
EP is issued by employer and not for general work in Malaysia.

It will be gr8 if you can help me to figure out how much monthly i ll pay for house , food & kid school,In case my spouse will not work, then i can mange with 9000 RM. & how much amount i can save approx.?
how much will tax deduct?

Tax is 25% for first 182 days (but excess refundable if rules adhered to)

To work out your monthly deduction, take your annual salary, apply the rates shown below sequentially (i.e add up the figures in brackets on the right). If your salary is part way in a band - work out the amount (e.g. RM 11,500 x 21% if salary is RM 81,500) and add it to the other figures. Finally divide by 12 to get your monthly tax payment.

0-5,000                0%
5,000-10,000      1% + (RM50 )
10,001-20,000    1%  (RM100)
20,001-35,000    5%  (RM750)
35,001-50,000   10%  (RM1,500)
50,001-70,000   16% (RM3,200)
70,001-100,000   21% (RM6,300)
100,001-250,000  24% (RM36,000)
250,001-400,000  24.5% (RM36,750)
Exceeding 400 000  25%  ( + ?)

Rental depends where you are living RM1500-3000
Food RM1500 per month (vegetarians RM750)
Utilities RM 400
Car Hire RM1300
Transport RM350 (depends on distance)

Malaysia is generally safe - depends on where you select to live if you are likely to encounter difficulties.i.e. dont save too much on housing at the risk of living in a dodgy neighbourhood.
