I was wondering what are the good GYM's available in Riyad with a swimming pool around the center/Olaya/Solmaniya.

BodyMaster is one of them having branches throughout Riyadh and several ones in the areas you have mentioned. Fitness Time and Fitness First are among others. BodyMaster is one I have personally used before.
