What is the Salary for a 7 years old experienced software tester?

Hi

I am into Information Technology and have been recently interviewed by EPAM System the result is positive.I will be moving to Krakow in next 2 months.They are asking for expected salary.I am having 7 years of experience in Software Testing(Automation+Manual).
Could anyone please tell what the expected salary should i ask for, how much tax is there and what would be the saving and how is this company EPAM System.

I don't know whether you still need this answer, but anyway I think you can ear more or less 6000z, it depends of the society (polish, international etc.). If you sign an employement contract, it will be ~4250zł net. For B2B contract you can have even ~4800 zł net.
