There is few places in khobar
The first one near Saco in dhahran Street

Amwaj mall near banda and ikea
But I don't really recommend them

If you want the best place is al qatif bu ts 40 km from khobar but it's really good

and there are plenty of pets shops in khobar, but they are bit expensive,
u can try qatif as well, it must be cheap.
