Hi,
I would be grateful if people from the UK could indicate how long their security clearance took with the government of UAE if they had one done recently. I know this varies greatly depending on country etc but am keen to find out how UK applicants got on.

Additionally, if anyone currently works for Adveti this past academic year can you provide some info on the following:

1. How was the behaviour of your students?
2. How easily did you solve the accommodation issue upon arrival?
3. Do you get to keep any housing allowance which remains unspent?
4. How are your working hours / work-life balance?

I have the same questions. I am coming over from the USA in August to work for Adveti and my Husband is working for ADEC. I would like some insight on all the questions you asked and the flexibility of the housing allowance.
