The top hiring sectors in India would be Software professionals, Automotive engineers, Oil and Gas, Accounting (CA)
Best way to search a Job is through internet and the mostly preferred one is Naukri.com

Advice to Young professionals would be: Gain experience rather than to gain money. Once the experience gets piled up , opportunities and money comes in front of you.
