at the moment there is no need for foreign staff since almost all industries are on their knees.

even the oil industry has come to a hault.

safety in general is a big issue in Libya since a few years. and so far things don't seem to improve under that aspect.

almost more than half of the local population has fled the country; and almost all foreigners have left as well.
