I recommend you read the threads here for some good starting information:

cost of living https://www.expat.com/forum/347-22-cost … orway.html

accommodation https://www.expat.com/forum/347-7-accom … orway.html

working https://www.expat.com/forum/347-5-work-in-norway.html

the biggest challenge will be to get a visa since it requires you have some tie to the country (work or studies). The process can take a long time and they do not accept all applicants.

That makes finding a job slightly easier, although you are still competing with the rest of the European economic area. There is a thread in the job subcategory about work in English which might be helpful for you to read.

Hi.Here in Europe in this moments is very dificult   to find papiers. But if u have some oficial documents from portugal just u can ask work permission where u want go to live.that way will be easy.for England is diferent .but any way good luck.

There are a lot of foreigners in Norway looking for work.  Please make sure you have enough money to survive for at least a few months without job.  cost of living is really high here and I have seen people leaving Norway disappointedly because they cannot find work and run out of saving.
