Hello everyone

My name is Jose. I am sending this message from Oslo where my wife and I moved here two years ago. Althought Norway is a fine place to be I quickly realized that it had two problems; the lousy weather and lousy soup.So it was with great dismay that I found  little options when it came to eating soup. So I am now considering opening up a small soup especiality restaurant/take-away and also looking for a partner. So, two questions: what do you think of the idea, and anybody want to join me?

Looking forward to your comments,
J
